The company where I work at demands us to wear a tie (either a bow tie or necktie) for a meeting next week. I don't like wearing a tie.
Luckily, the meeting will be held via zoom, so it will not be so much inconvenient for me. I will turn on either my fan or air conditioner during the whole meeting.
What about you? Do you wear a tie to work? Or do you like wearing a tie?

I've never worn a tie and very happy about that fact.

@Shasha_ I didn't want a job where I had to "dress up" in a suit and tie.

@DaddyEvil Me, neither. I usually dress up casually without any tie while I work, but this time my boss wants us to wear a tie. Only for a meeting.

It's understandable that not everyone enjoys wearing a tie as personal preference may vary. As long as you adhere to the company's expectations you can find a way to adapt and make the experience more enjoyable
