Another five Haiku pieces for your delight and eelectation. 1/. Phones in back pockets Great way to get them stolen Or crushed sitting down I see so many people walk round with their phones jutting out of their back pockets in this way 0 looks bad and sets up for obvious problems. 2/. Compass north, south, east, West or for drawing circles? I confuse the two. Odd that the geometric drawing instrument and direction finders are spelt so similarly. 3/. Only just worked out This Piggy went to market Didn't mean shopping Never realized what this cute nursery really meant until recently. 4/. Question! Don’t listen Out for offered answers though Pointless bothering So many people ask me stuff and then show no interest when I try answeing them, which takes incredible ignorance. Reminds me of the Nilson song, Everybody's Talking - about no one really listening or paying attention to what everyone asks about or says. 5/. Where’s your signage pub? Call yourself a Red Lion? He’s invisible. As a pub sign collector always bugged by pubs with no signs at all, especially when they once had really good ones.
