It's school vacation now so the street is quiet now no more students and parents on the street. I was thinking of street food that I can sell in my store. Street foods is so popular here in my place. I tried empanada but it is so time consuming to do.
I want to try chicken nuggets because students can buy it as food for lunch or snack time. I'm still looking for recipes for chicken nuggets and would like to try this. Are you expert in making chicken nuggets or you buy ready to cook chicken nuggets?

@averygirl72 Yeah, I think because they are easy to prepare since you only need a steamer for that. I love Siomai over Chicken Nuggets. But I love eating both of them for snacks for lunch/dinner.

We just buy that ready to cook chicken nuggets but we don't buy it too often. It is expensive.

Yeah true. We don't buy them often too because it is expensive. It's better to cook fried chicken than nuggets

@brokenbee Yes and the ready to cook have lots of extenders so it is not pure chicken but just extenders

@averygirl72 yes... And I think the ready to cook have lots of preservatives and seasonings.. It's better to make your own.

Not an expert at all. We like buying one from pure foods. My son loves the chicken nuggets from Mcdonald's while I love those from Burger King.

@averygirl72 I've tried home made. Too dry for my liking.

We don't buy purefoods chicken nuggets. I haven't tried McDonald's chicken nuggets. I think home made is better than ready to cook nuggets

@averygirl72 That's good you do. I'm allergic to chicken and can't eat it.

@averygirl72 is there no way of improvising? Maybe you use a deep saucepan for deep frying?

Chicken nuggets are definitely a good option for street food. Unfortunately, I don’t know how to make them beyond knowing the basics of seasoning the chicken, flouring it, and putting it in the deep fryer. I don’t often eat chicken nuggets, but when I do, they are the frozen kind. I also enjoy the plant based chicken nuggets.
