Would they be called just scrambled eggs?

I was thawing a steak for dinner but when I went for it it was still cold and frozen. So, as I usually do, tought up a plan B.
Eggs are always a help and I love them. I diid not want to bother with an omelette, specially since I had to wash some dishes.
So I melted some butter, cracked ther 2 eggs, salted and peppered them and diced over them small amounts of the green part of bunch onions and some diced cheese.
I turned them without bothering to make a beauty with them.
They were delicious. I think that the butter made them better than the normal ones, fried with oil.
Now I´m ready for bed. I will check my grocery list and decide whether I buy it tomorrow or on Saturday.
I don´t yet know how my day will end. But I´m done with food for Luna and for me

It depends on the skillet. But when you have a skillet where you can scramble eggs with no oil or butter, butter will still give it an enhanced flavour.

I made goulash, fresh corn, and salad. It was good. That was what my son said he was hungry for, so that's what we had.
I have never cooked eggs in oil? Except once in a while, in a tiny dab of olive oil But your way of fixing them sounds really good!

I love goulash. As for oil or butter, I use both for eggs and only butter to fry mushrooms. And next week I´ll make a moussaka and will fry a bit the eggplant slices with sunflower oil.

Goulash is just good comfort food, my kids have always liked it. I was gifted some little yellow crookneck squash, so we will be having them either tomorrow evening or Saturday. I love squash. I like eggplant, too.

Hmm... I think it's delicious recipe. I usually whisk my egg with green onions, chili, and sliced sausage. sometimes I change sausage with tofu. Egg has a plenty compatible mixtures, you can try anything.

Sounds like a really great plan B. My usual plan B will often involve microwaving a potato. Then adding stuff to it. Eggs make an excellent plan B as well.
