Sexual assault should be dealt with capital punishment

The act to demean someone or shatter psychologically through sexual assault should be curbed with capital punishment. A person assaulting someone sexually should get death sentence. Recently amonth ago a in Manipur a woman as assault sexually by a mob whom the police had called and let the mob to drag her instead of protecting her. A few months ago a college student from Hyderabad was beaten by his seniors by striping him. Such acts are henious and should in no way be tolerated. If death sentence are given to such criminals they would fear from doing this acts. A person who is a habitual sexual abuser rarely rectifies himself/ herself. They are perverted people and it's only fear psychosis that can stop them. None of us have got the right to outrage the modesty of another person.
