It has never happened to me before here, but a couple of weeks ago, my last post was deleted. It was the post about an online influencer I had followed on Instagram who posted his suicide note online and who followed through with his suicide. It shocked me so badly that I am pretty sure the reason the post was deleted is because I posted a link to a Go Fund Me that was raising money for the family. I am sorry I disobeyed the rules here. I was so shocked, I just wasn't thinking straight. I wanted people here to just look at the link as a way to pay respect to the guy. I didn't really think anyone here would contribute money. Again I am sorry.

It's a shame the post was deleted but I can understand the reasoning behind the action. It is always a shock when things like this happen. I'm so sorry to hear this person chose to take this direction. Tomorrow is another day.

Next time, you can just copy and paste the what was said. Put in quotation marks and say from the site of Gofundme as the source. Do not post the link and sure it would have been fine.

It was a kind and thoughtful thing for you to do and sorry it was deleted. Sometimes we forget some rules because something is on our minds. You are not the only one, I did a post about people here I was missing and of course, after I posted I realized we are not supposed to do that and it got deleted and reminded me of my mistake.
