Height of car.

As can be seen in the picture, when it rains really heavy. the rainwater goes up quite high, likely due to poor drainage . This is why even when I get a new vehicle , I would prefer it to have a certain height since this route is on the way home. Otherwise, I would need to find a longer route home.

I have an SUV as it is easier for me to get in and out of that than a car. I’m too tall to be trying to get out of a tiny car. I guess my vehicle not getting flooded is another plus for having an SUV.

yes , a person's height does matter too. I need leg space as well . For travelling, SUV / MPV is good too if you need to pack for outdoor activities or have friends or additional members of family tagging along.

It is a wise decision as you know that there is a drainage problem where you live.

@holdoors A slow car would be damaged by high water in the street.
