I spend a lot of time in my bedroom, reading or watching YT videos. And yes, I'd call that "me time".

@MelthySow I was originally an introvert but then made myself become an extrovert because I've always worked in customer service jobs.

@MelthySow I get up at 5 in the morning, the same time my husband gets up and I immediately prepare breakfast. I read 30 minutes before sleeping.

I start my "me time" with yoga and meditation before leaving my bed.

@MelthySow Same here. But I recently discovered those flavored beans. I especially like the hazelnut.

I do often have "me time" in two kinds:
1. being with myself have drinking coffee after work hours, do some writing novels, and;
2. go out with my wife and do shopping, and dine in some delicious meal.
