How long do you take to accept, change?

Hi everyone, today i was having a big war on about how people accept things as they come.
If i may start with parents, parents love their children very much but the point of letting this child go to the next step is somehow difficult.
One of my friends was almost marring but the parents refused because they wanted to stay with their child for some time.

Another situation comes where parents want to be the only ones to provide, he also wanted to start some business but the parents never wanted that change also, they want only themselves to provide.
At this point it is very difficult to control indeed.
Well how do you take change when it comes? Do you let go or you hold on to what you have been used to?

It depends on the situation. Some changes are easier to adapt to than others. Enjoy your day.

@porwest Me too; and I like to plan things like trips weeks in advance.

@LindaOHio Same here. EVERYTHING must be planned. My family makes fun of me because I have this "24 hour minimum advance notice" rule. lol

Parents seem to be different here. They prefer for their child to move out, get a job, and move on with their lives. It is normal for the parents to move in with the child when they get elderly or ill, but they most often live separately until then.

I hate changes but tend to adapt rather fast
