Working at Palm Oil Mill

July 26, 2023 4:42am CST
From monday to saturday, me and my friend working from 7am to 4pm, and if there is overtime, we usually work on sunday. Sometimes if not careful in work, accidents often occur in the mill. For that we are always reminded to always use safety work tools. Do you also work in the factory, lets share your experience here..

I don't work in a factory but in India some workers are not given safety kits in factories and so many accidents occur.

I'm not an actual worker of mill/factory since I'm and auditor. but when we do audit procedure of our client specially the mill/factory Companies we do have to visit and take a look around. and surprisingly factory machine make me awe. I've been visiting crude palm oil mill, wood processing mill, golve factory, cultivation lab, heavy equipment, even weapon factory. they have a many workers that must obey the safety rules and hygiene rules (for specific factories). I must use the safety too when visiting them. I just feel awesome for become a part of them just a moment.

@Yourmatte Internal audit must meet their finding otherwise they'll be considered useless. different from independent audit, we just make sure the finance in proper statement.

The internal auditors at our place have always been a scary figure.. every 3 month they come to check our work system

Life Is hard, just on different scale. I admire how hardworking you are -- working 9 hours a day, six days a week. I hope you get compensated fairly.

No, I do not but my late Aunt did. She has a very good reputation and a very important post there. I was 8 back then so I don't have much knowledge about it.
