Afternoon nap

Hello guys, Today I did not have much to do, and well it was my free day also, Most of my friends like watching movies by this time or by playing computer games like doing such things but today I was not in the mood. I became tied immediately after doing some laundry, the option that was left for me is to make a quick nap then plan what next to do. Well after making a nap I usually feel somehow tied, I don't know weather it only happens to me but, now that I'm up feeling tied I will just take a shower. There after prepare my lunch, how is your day at your place? Do you take naps? How do you feel after taking a nap? Picture is from pixabay
