And now our window unit ac we have installed won't stay running.. ugh. The condenser keeps kicking off because it's overheating. If we want to run the roof ac that is built in, we will have to get a 30 amp cord to plug in so we don't melt the regular cord. But on the upside, even tho it's still hot ..we can run as many fans as we want and don't have to worry about running out of gas..plus I had hot coffee this morning!!

@hillhjill Well thank goodness it is working now..poor you guys..I know this is wearing you out the heat ans sweat and neither of you fit to be moving heavy stuff.

It wouldn't stay running where we had it placed, it was getting over heated and shutting off .so yesterday pouring sweat we moved the window unit ac to a different spot ..it's been working since.

@RebeccasFarm yes thank goodness, I'm used to moving heavy stuff honestly..PJ can't do it and I shouldn't be because of my nerve damage...but someone has to do it.

We really thought that we were going to, being 114 yesterday and having no air just fans blowing around was the worst.

Hope the fans do a decent job and/or you can get the power cord you need for the roof a/c. As hot as it is I can still enjoy my coffee too

I don't think it matters how hot it is I'll still drink coffee lol ..
We went and looked yesterday and seen what we would need to turn this into a 30amp. But we have a window unit in here and it's working good.

Coffee and a regulated temperature are both essential for quality of life! I am glad you at least have fans!
