Cream, Oil, Yoghurt and Mayonnaise seem to be the main salad dressings. Depending on the type of salads, dressings are selected. When I make a tomato and grated carrot salad I just use sugar and salt. Onion rings, chopped coriander leaves and green chilies are also salad. For other salads I like the curds dressing to which I add a touch of sugar, salt and mustard paste. Russian salad normally recommends Mayonnaise but I use curds instead. My special salad is cabbage salad which is grated, marinated in salt and to this I add the curd dressing. Onion rings, chopped coriander and green chilies are common in all my salads. What is your favourite salad dressing?

I had a citrus salad dressing once from a restaurant that was the best salad dressing I ever tasted, but as far as the every day kind, it would probably be Ranch dressing.

@allknowing It’s the most popular salad dressing in the United States, and is savory and creamy. Some of the ingredients are buttermilk, salt, garlic, onion, chives, dill, sometimes mustard seed (or paprika) mixed with Mayo. Sometimes sour cream or yogurt are added to it, or used instead of the buttermilk or Mayo. It’s delicious, and I have used it to dip raw carrots, celery, cauliflower, or broccoli in. My sister puts it on her baked potato instead of sour cream.

Looks delicious but I don't like salad because I don't like the taste of raw vegetables :(

The taste of raw vegetables will disappear when dressings are added.
