Immune System Needs Boosting

Sore eyes virus is now in my office. I want to go to work but Im scared of getting than painful eye ailment. Aaaarghh. Today I an buying Naturez-C (Sodium Ascorbate) and Vitamin B complex supplements to strenghten my immune system. I have been drinking Ensure for its calcium and vitamin D. I prefer the almond flavor over the vanilla. Have a nice weekends everyone.

I think paying attention to have the good hygiene will be enough to avoid this problem.

Yes it is delicious. It comes in different flavors. I like the almond flavor more over the vanilla

As long as you don’t rub your eyes you should be okay. Just wash your hands a lot.

Wear glasses if you can to protect your eyes. Often we touch our eyes without realizing we do and this is how this disease spreads.

Keep your hands clean and don’t rub your eyes. If possible wear eyeglasses to protect them.

@yoalldudes You’re welcome. Maybe you should. I think it transfers through both contact and airborne but I am not sure.

Thank you for your advice. I do hope I dont rub my eyes unfortunatelly we do things without knowing them. Maybe I should write a note on my desk. So it trasfers through contact? Not airborne?
