Teens talking to an opposite gender, what is your view on this

I agree that societies might be different most places , but now I'm going to share about our place. Raising a child the right way is every dream for most parents, a child who will soon face the world and all the challenges. The most feared thing in our society is early pregnancy, well that usually brings a lot of disrespect not only to the child but also to the family members This is the reason why most adults don't like seeing teens talking to opposite gender or any interaction with opposite gender. This limitation has made many teens to be meeting far away from adults , sort of, like hiding themselves when interacting with the opposite gender. Well for me I feel that this is not right, because it seems like there is no freedom of interaction, well this makes parent not even know the friends their children interact with. Well what do you think abut this society of mine? are you a parent? How do you wish your kids to interact with others?
