It's not moving...

The artist sent Sophie on July 31st. She sent me the waybill number so I would be able to track the parcel.
I tracked it this morning and it hasn't moved since August 1st. Which I find kind of strange. So I called the courier branch here but nobody was answering the phone. Strange.
Went to their website and sent an email. But I couldn't wait for the answer. Used messenger and I got an agent to track the parcel for me.
According to her, the parcel is still on its way and hasn't arrived in the delivery hub. Also got a response through mail which says, they are closely monitoring the parcel and will send me a notice once it has arrived in the destination hub.
I need patience.

It has arrived at the destination hub at 5pm when I tracked again last night. I'm crossing my fingers it will be delivered today.

I trakce it last night again. It has arrived in the destination hub in my city at 5pm. So I'm crossing my fingers it will be delivered today.

Yeah I can't wait on packages either. If I buy stuff from China, I use a third party website called Parcelsapp.com to track them.

It's always wise to track the parcel. I always track mine and when it's not moving, I would usually call the customer service. That way they make sure to expedite my parcel.
