Pretty Jars

At least for now. I couldn't remember where I put my cheesecloth. But I knew where some scrap material was 
. It doesn't matter as long as they are covered to keep bugs and dirt out but air can still escape. I have 11 pints of sauerkraut started now for just a dollar. In about 10 days I will take the covers off, add water if needed and water bath the jars to seal the lids on them.
I also got my dishes washed up including those jars. That was 3 loads with the clean up after. I have 2 large bags of hot peppers picked for the auction. Also have 2 half pecks of elderberry picked.
My blood pressure has stayed good all day again without pills. I am starting to feel better now that it is not dropping low. I will take it again before I go to bed. But I don't expect it to be too high. I might even start sleeping a little better over time. I know when it dropped low I would feel tired and shaky. That could be part of what wakes me up at times.
The driveway looks better now. My truck is back in it's spot. Hope you had a good day.

My BP has been good all day. I didn't take any BP meds today. I was feeling dizzy a while ago when I went in and did part of the dishes Pretty brought out of her bedroom so I came back to bed. I can finish the dishes later.
We couldn't do any mowing today so will try again tomorrow... If the grass is dry enough.

@wolfgirl569 I would have started mowing at the street and mowed toward the house. Pretty started mowing against the house so the tallest grass is still there.

I remember helping my grandmother with the canning. Sauerkraut is so good. Haven't had any in a while cause no one else likes it. I even like it covering my barbeque.

@wolfgirl569 ........On hotdogs it's a gibben but on barbecue it is devine. Ribs that is.

Even with each jar only having about ten cents of cabbage in it I would have to charge about two dollars just to break even when you figure the cost of the jar and lid when it is done. And then the regulations in my state that make it harder to do. So it's not worth it

Do they think there’s a correlation between what happened and your sleep problems? Or have they investigated that deeply yet?

She wants me to do a sleep study but I put that off for now. I don't think I have apnea as it's the last half of the night that I don't sleep good. Not all of it.
