I just read that actor Mark Margolis has died at 83.
He portrayed an incredible character in the hilarious dark comedy series, Breaking Bad, without speaking a word.
I had not realized he had been in "Scarface" as well.
In Breaking Bad, he played the role a "vindictive former drug kingpin" who was relegated to a wheelchair by a stroke. He communicated by the use facial expressions and a bell taped to his wheelchair.
"The actor died on Thursday at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City following a short illness, according to a statement from his son, Morgan Margolis."
I also had not realized he had been nominated for an Emmy in 2012 for "outstanding guest actor" in Breaking Bad. His Hector "Tio" Salamanca character was one of the scariest on the show.
Breaking Bad is one of my favorite all-time TV shows. I assume most of you have seen at least some episodes, even if you have not watched the entire series.

Sadly I have never seen a single episode of Breaking Bad. My sister told me I needed to watch it. It's probably not on any of my streaming subscriptions.

I saw that. So sad. He was great as the kingpin and I am so happy that he did get a nomination.

I saw the news of his passing today. So sad.
Weirdly, I've never seen Breaking Bad, but I'm a huge fan of Better Call Saul.

I've seen all of Breaking Bad. I haven't watched much of Better Call Saul. I heard about Margolis. May he rest in peace.
