Baby mama drama

The continuing saga between Chantal and the babydaddy goes on. I was over at the pool when the neighbor above the Moroccans texted me that he was screaming at her on the phone because supposedly she was drunk in Seaside when she was supposed to pick him up. He said her name repeatedly, told her to go home to her baby, and threatened to call the cops on her. I texted and called her twice. Eventually she answered and said everything was fine and she hadn't been here in several days. She said she was picking up her check in Seaside and was going home. I told her that I didn't care what she was doing but that I could pick her up and give her a ride if she needed it. She assured me she was fine. . . . . . 20 minutes later she was here to pick up the babydaddy. I give up. I don't even want my neighbor to tell me what she hears any longer. It isn't my business and I'm not interested in being involved since she isn't telling me the truth. What's the saying? "Not my circus, not my monkeys".

ThereĀ“s a moment when the best for a baby is to call the cops.

That has been done several times by the police and others. No evidence that the baby was here when she picked him up.

The older I get, the less drama I want around me. I don't blame you for washing your hands of the whole situation.

I do not blame you who wants to get involved as long as the baby is ok.

I don't know if I could live there with all the drama, but more power to you if you can do it. That's just an overload that no one needs. I hope it quiets down and they straighten up their lives, I feel sorry for that baby.
