For the first time in my life, I suffered a backache for 4 days unable to do activities online like here on Mylot. It was so bad feeling that I find it difficult to toss on bed. My sister massaged my back but the more pain I felt.
I suspected the food I ate that dinner, big shrimps. My sister bought two kilos shrimp and she cooked one kilo in the evening for our dinner. I ate almost 15 big shrimps and then in the middle of the night, I cannot move my body, it was too painful. to move. We went to our family doctor and told me not to eat shrimp, crab and octopus because they contain heavy metal . My sister was also prescribed a medicine for her arthritis for she felt the severe pain of her knees. We gave the remaining one kilo to our neighbor. I am okay now.

@RebeccasFarm , yes my friend, shrimp, and crab contain mercury and metal. The pain was so excruciating.

you have strong nerves. My body lacks calcium doctor said , so I am taking now cacium. When I was a kid , I never liked to drink milk the good source for calcium

That was a bad experience. I would have felt sad not to be able to eat shrimps as I like them.

@aninditasen, yes, shrimp is so yummy and delicious too, but it contains metal and mercury. I and my sister are okay now.
