Supportive Officemates

My officemates are taking good care of me always supporting me. I was feeling really bad this morning when I arrived at work. They asked my other officemate to send me home to recover and quickly so I was back at work and even able to helped my boss with a task. I feel relaxed when I go to work lately which is a good thing because I will get decent salary. We will help each other both in our work and personal lives. I feel like they are my second family.

RSA hello. I am struggling with sleep, anxiety and depression because of my allergy. I was trying to contact my psychiatrist yesterday through phone but he wont respond. Who do you call when you are in crisis?

@yoalldudes I have not yet reached to the point that my attacks get to that level. I just feel it creeping to me and would inform my colleagues then I stop whatever I do and relax. So far, I have this small toy to relax me and it works on me many times.

It is such a valuable thing to have coworkers who are so supportive. I’m sure if and when they need the same support from you, you will be there to do the same. Such a good environment surely lends itself to a productive office situation.

They helped me make it through the day. By the afternoon I was pretty happy.
