In monsoon maize corn taste good

In India many people taste maize corn. They love the corn. The corn is heated in oven and then lime and salt is added. The maize corn gets warm and tastes delicious. It basically eaten as a snacks.

Do you eat the maize on the cob or do you cut the maize off the cob before you roast it?

thanks De yes I cut the maize out of the cob and then heat it

@sathviksouvik I don't like eating corn on the cob, either. I will eat it cut off the cob, though.

although I rarely eat corn, but I have eaten corn that is baked and boiled. and the taste is very delicious
