A sick stray kitten appeared in our yard

I have three cats indoors and outside there is a stray cat with one kitten. A new sick kitten appeared. Unfortunately, here we don't have shelters for cats. That cat is so sick and I worry that it can make sick the healthy cats. I can't help or intervene. A neighbor almost hit them with his car. That sick kitten needs a vet, but I can't take him to the vet. I already have three and two of them need to be spayed.

@sharonelton I asked strangers to take it to the vet. A vet offered her help. She wants to treat the kitten for free.

Yes. I have the same feeling. I asked strangers to take the kitten to the vet. This is not my cat and I really can't force my mom to take it to the vet. A vet offered to treat it without charging. I hope that tomorrow this kitten will receive help. He is suffering and it makes me sad.Two people want to take it to the vet after seeing how bad it looks.

Ouch... Kitten need help. Hope miracle happened and the kitten will be happily healthy again.
