Fried Rice with Beans for the Supper

This is a very good evening here in my country Kenya. Today has been raining for the whole day. There has been no much things to do as I have stayed indoors for a better part of the day. So today we are having the fried rice with fried beans too. It's have been so long since we have this meal. So the kids Will enjoy that so much as it is one of their favourite meals for sure. I usually take it with some hot milked tea. I treat this as a special meal for my kids to mark the end of their Second term and the beginning of the August holidays as far as the educational calendar is concerned.

That sounds yummy to me. . Enjoy it. Even my daughter finished her term exam today. And we celebrated it with her favourite ice cream after lunch.

Growing up, my dad used to have corn bread and beans every night for supper during the week. Still today, he loves beans.
