In my university we had tree plantation drive on eve of independence day in India which is on 15th august. The name of the program was meri maati mera desh, meaning my agricultural land and my country. I as NSS coordinator along with my students bought 75 saplings and planted on one side of the university.

thanks Cheung it took 20 minutes to plant the saplings in the soil. We could plant 75 saplings.

That's a lot of trees to plant. In a few years, they will make a very nice area.
