I admit I am very poor at drinking water everyday.

I am going to have a large glass for supper, but other than that, I haven't had any. My water jug is half filed from yesterday, and maybe I will have a few sips tonight...but I just can't get with the program in terms of water drinking. I wish I could. I just can't convince myself with other things just taste so much better. I don't really drink enough period, but certainly not water. How's your water consumption?

I tried to post a picture of my “fun, new toy”, but Mylot is not letting me post a picture today. The troubles with pictures continue. Anyway, I selected something from Amazon Vine I think will help me get the appropriate amount of water. I thought I drank water a lot, but I realized I have been slipping. So I ordered this HandySpring water “thing” from Vine that tracks how much water you drink, sends you sip reminders, and keeps you up to date on your water intake. Someday, maybe I’ll be able to show you the picture. Since drinking water is so good for weight loss and our skin I’m trying to do better.

Yes, as long as you are drinking something..better than nothing as long as it is not soda.

I usually drink between 3 and 4 quarts a day... Water definitely isn't my favorite drink but I still drink it.

@snowy22315 Get someone to gripe at you if you don't drink enough water. It's really annoying...

Maybe buy some water for home too when you get back hard to drink it if you don't like the taste

@JudyEv It is silly when you think it could be affecting your health. I get a six pack of bottles for 1.25 at the dollar store. I keep those in the car usually and I drink some out of glasses or my jug at the house.

@snowy22315 I should do that but it always goes against the grain to have to pay for water. Silly I know but there you go. Sometimes I buy orange juice and just add a little to the water. If it's cold from the fridge (and the fridge filters it) then it's not quite so bad.

I drink water throughout the day . . . 1 cup green tea (or coffee on weekends) . . . maybe 1 cup of almond milk later . . . and water anytime else. It's just been habit since I was a kid . . . we were never big on soda or juices.

I barely drank water when I was younger, but about 20 years ago I had a scare. I thought that I was having a heart attack. It turned out that my heart was dehydrated. Ever since then I drink plenty. That was definitely not a good feeling.

Wow, I didn't know your heart can get dehydrated. I never heard of that before. I guess that will spur me in to drink more water.

I don' t focus on water, I make sure I have an icy glass of something to drink by my PC all the time. Today I started off with iced tea with lemon, then two large glasses of lemonade, and now I have more iced tea. I drink cold water when I feel like it in between and always have a cold cup of water by my bed at night,

@snowy22315 I brew my own ice tea with no sugar added and pour it in a jug and keep it in the fridge, I also boil my water and pour that in a plastic jug and keep it in the fridge.

Absolutely you need to. You don't want another trip to the ER. Just get a water bottle and sip all day long.

Water isn't something that was always high on my to-do list. I had to train myself to drink water. Some days are better than others. I go through a 32 oz. bottle of water every other day, which adds up to one bottle of bottled water. I don't and won't drink tap. I have a Brita pitcher and filters. Sometimes, I drink the whole bottle plus.

I drink tea which is part of drinking water and I do drink flavored water on days I don't drink tea. But yes, I don't drink enough. I had been eating watermelon which count as water too.
