I just finished a delicious omelette I made for myself, friends.
It had smoked ham (very thiin slices) sliced mushrooms (both fried first in butter) and then mixed with thinly cut cheese and chives.
When I mixed it with 2 beaten up eggs I poured it all in my new skillets (the same brand I bought for Dixie´s bithday).
I made the omelette and I promise it tasted better than those omelettes I once ate at a resort in Cancun at those "all inclusive" restaurants they have there.
I did not finish making the coleslaw salad. I´ll make it and eat it later. Now I´m finishing my omelette and then I´ll take my nap.
See you later, friends.

@marguicha There is a diner near me and they offer like 25 different kinds of omelettes. I get one every time I go there because they are so good.

Omelettes are delicious. And depending on how you make them, they can be a whole meal.

Your omelet sure sounds delicious, I need a new nonstick pan before I can even consider trying anything like that,

Nonstick pans now are much better than the old Teflon ones although those were quite good.

Exactly. Yesterday I had ham and mushrooms so I added some. Other times I make them with any leftover I have in the fridge.

I got an omelette from Pixabay for the picture. It wasn´t my own omelette. Probably they are berries.

My omelettes depend on what I hve in the fridge. But they all have cheese that melts and a bit of the green part of diced bunch onions.

@marguicha I always add cheese to my omelettes, the other ingredients depend on what I have in the refrigerator.

You are a bit too far away. I decided against visiting China some years ago because it was too far away.

I would never sell omelettes online. Omelettes are the sort of food that you have to make and eat immediatly.
