I watched two pretty good movies last night. The first one was Dark Places(2015) with Charlize Theron that I found on Paramount+. She plays the sole survivor of a murder that killed her mother and two sisters. She was eight years old. Her brother, Ben, is doing life for the murders. She has been existing on donations and lectures ever since. She finds the truth. Pretty good although very negative and she meets a lot of lowlifes she comes upon in her quest. Then I found one called The Lost City(2022) on Netflix. I really thought it was just going to be a dumb comedy but it turned out to be pretty good. It had Sandra Bullock, Channing Tatum, Daniel Radcliffe and Brad Pitt in it. I love how Brad Pitt has been showing up in some movies lately just doing a small part and having fun with it. Daniel was good as a bad guy. Sandra and Channing had fun as the love interests. I was pleasantly surprised and nicely entertained.

We have Netflix. Can't remember if we've seen Lost City or not. Thank you for the reviews and critiques. Enjoy your day.

I don't usually pay any attention to comedies.

I haven't seen the first one but have seen the second one and enjoyed it. I remember laughing through most of it. I like Sandra Bullock and I have liked Channing Tatum since I first saw him in "She's the Man" when I saw it in theaters with my best friend. That was the first thing I remember ever seeing him in.

I only watched Dark Places because Theron was in it. It really has little redeeming value that I saw.
