All I Need is A Minute of Silence

I am on my 30 minute flight to Guernsey to visit Andrea since I happen to have a day off today and Monday. But the flight feels really long and exhausting. Since we boarded, a group of friends have been talking really loudly feels like they are screaming on top of their lungs. They have not stopped and it is almost landing. They have gotten a couple of ugly looks from fellow passengers but they seem to be oblivious to it. They left me worn out and frustrated. I do not mind people talking on flight but they do not have to scream and laugh like they own the place. I have never seen such an inconsiderate bunch and this I swear was the noisiest flight of my life. I really just need a moment of silence now. I feel like they gave me a migraine. I pray I do not ride with them again on Monday.

I am sure the weekend will be great despite the rough start I am now off the plane and headache is dissipating. I was almost running away out of the aircraft. Blimey!

Be thankful it was only a 30 minite flight!! Hope you enjoy your long weekend in Guernsey. I visited there about 20 years ago. Beautiful place.

@flapiz Nothing much planned. My wife is working today (Saturday) so I've done a few jobs that needed doing around the house. I'll be watching the women's World Cup final on Sunday.

@Marilynda1225 Yeah I doubt the earphones can drown out those loud voices though. I wonder if they are deaf that's why they shout at each other.

Oh I understand you when you go on a plane with noisy passengers they are really annoying. I hope you're not with them in your flight back to your place.

I am very sorry because I know how frustrating this can be. Years ago on a flight from France to Atlanta (Georgia), 8 hours flight, there was a 2 year old kid sitting in our same row who screamed and cried during all the flight. Even the flight attendant cried because she could not rest for a moment.

There was a baby behind me and she was trying to interact with me. Babies I can understand but full grown adults I really cannot Babies can be challenging to travel with. Specially when they are teething.

@flapiz The mother did nothing to make the baby stop annoying all people on that flight. I know that we all hated both her and the baby by the time we reached the United States.
