Referring to biscuits with the boss. I had written down the wrong time.
I apologized, so did she because she missed someone else as well. Lots of spaces still to reschedule, so I did.
That is my explanation for why I have not posted yet. We talked briefly when she stopped to apologize for something where she felt she might have overstepped a boundary (she did not) and I apologized for missing my appointment.
So I have rescheduled.
We reached 108 yesterday. We will not be down below 105 for a high all week. Saturday it will be in the 90's range. Anyway that is what the forecast said on Bing.
I have laundry washing and drying and I am baking about 2 pounds of fish filets now. That will give us some quality protein for our meals for a day or two, with little effort. I want to do some fried rice with it, and veggies of course.

@GardenGerty Our high today is 80F. I can manage with that if the grass wasn't so wet. It stormed twice yesterday and may storm again this evening/night. I just want it to dry out enough that we can mow the yard.

In the summer of 1980 we had temps over 100 for 41 days straight. I certainly do not want that.
