How to quit from smoking?

Someone please help me to quit smoking...I want to know the method please

I don't smoking! I think you shoud prepare some small food in you pocket, such as chewing gum, or other food, you can fill them in your mouth once you want a cigrette, is it a good way? In another hand, you need not to have much money in your pocket, if there is no more money, when you want to buy cigrette sometimes, you can not afford them, is that right?

Its the power of your will. If you are strong enough and say that you are going to quit, then you can do it. Well as for me I never started so I guess I wont have to think about quiting. hehe

You just take the candy with you . when u think about smoking just put one candy on your mounth .... Its surely helps ..

there is no method i think ...if u are strong enough u can quit...but an adive ..u must put a great advantage of no smoking in your mind and use it every time u want to smoke

It is not easy to quit smoking but sure it is possible. I also not sure this few method work or not, I just heard from a friend of my boy friend. He smoke for around 6 years but he have quit it recently. These are thetips that he told me. 1) get ready some sweet in your pocket, eat it when you few like want to smoke. There are some antismoke sweet is better. 2) Always do exercise 3) Find something to do and don't let yourself too free. This will let you forgot to smoke.

just by faithfull to your commitment to quit smoking. a strong mind. keep busy in other things theidea of somking doest prevails at all.
