National Spumoni Day is celebrated Today!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. Spumoni is a delightfully flavoured layered Italian icecream dessert which includes Fruit, Cream and Nuts. It's special flavours are Chocolate, Cherry and Pistachios combined all together with fruits and nuts. It's celebrated today on 21st August as "National Spumoni Day". It originated in Naples, Italy. Spumoni was first created in the 19th century. It was probably around 1870s that Italian immigrants introduced Spumoni to the United States. Though it's birth place is in Naples, Italy, this dessert is enjoyed in United States and Argentina as well. I haven't tasted this dessert but it looks very tempting.
