Do you like to wear things passed onto from your parents?!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. I have heard and seen some people wearing some old stuff passed onto them by their parents or older generation of families. I feel the reason mainly for it are the emotions attached with wearing those stuff passed on by their parents. I like to wear sarees and jewellery belonging to my mom. It's vintage and goes with today's trend. Let me know your thoughts about it. Have a great day. Take care.

I keep borrowing my mom's sarees and yes, I have inherited jewelleries from my grandmother and parents. My mom has a huge collection of sarees and best handloom ones. Interestingly, one hand knitted frock was worn by my mom, then me and then my daughters. It went down three generations

I have jewelry from my mother and grandmother. I tend to wear it more when I’m dressed up because it fits more with that style of clothing.

That's nice. I personally haven't been given anything that is passed down from parents. But I do not think I will want to wear them.

Well, I have nothing from my dad to wear, but my wife received jewelry which were my mom's, and I guess she would wear it on special occasions.
