I took last Thursday and Friday off, making it a four day weekend for me. It was so nice getting those extra days off. On Thursday, my kids and I went to a coffee shop. On Friday, we went to some museums, which was fun. Although on Saturday, I wasn't feeling well. I think I caught what my husband got the weekend before. So I spend Saturday and Sunday taking it easy and getting better. Thankfully, I'm all good now. Despite feeling a bit sick, it was nice having those extra days. Now it's back to work and the usual Monday stuff for me.

Thanks. It happens. It's not how I thought I would be spending part of the weekend. But at least I was still able to spend some time with my kids.

Glad you enjoyed your days off even if you didn't feel 100%. Having the extra time to relax is probably what you needed so you could go back to work feeling good.

Absolutely. I was still able to enjoy it, which is what matters. And that I was able to take it easy.
