We had another evening of torrential rains, thunder and lightning. We had a tornado warning at one point.
We may go out to Texas Roadhouse today. I received a 15% off coupon via email.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - BBQ chicken breast, green beans, mac and cheese, grape juice and pineapple
Dessert/Snack - Birthday cake
Dinner - Yogurt
What did you eat yesterday?

Thanks. TR is a bit out of the way for us. Hubby wants to go somewhere closer; so maybe we will go to Longhorn Steakhouse. Pizza is always good.

@wolfgirl569 They should broadcast those warnings immediately...not 45 minutes later when the threat is over.

I had Chuy’s in Clarksville on Thursday. Took my brother to his colonoscopy and stopped at the “other store” on the way home. Nuked cheesy tater for dinner.

I almost ate at Texas Roadhouse last night! But we decided to go to Bahama Breeze instead. And tonight, we ate at our favorite little local Mexican restaurant.

@LindaOHio Yes, the rolls at TR are amazing.
Since you live the Keys, you would probably love Bahama Breeze. The food is very island flavored.

@moffittjc There's one in Ft. Meyers. When we fly (which we can't anymore) that's where we take the flight home. Fly to Miami, Key West, drive through the Keys, Everglades, fly home from Ft. Meyers.

Sorry you got some thunderstorms yesterday. We are expecting a pop up on through the weekend but on Monday the temps are suppose to drop and get a good soaking rain.
Haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a long time. Hope you enjoy it.
Yesterday we had cottage cheese for breakfast and chili mac for lunch/dinner

We ended up not going because we were both so tired...plus I think hubby is avoiding long car trips due to his driving getting iffy. I think I will be driving soon which I dread.

The blue heron is lovely.
You had a lot of yummy food.
For the 24th, I had: Breakfast - oatmeal with raspberries and a banana. Lunch - Deli roast beef, a slice of roast beef, and a cucumber. No bread. I threw it away. Supper - baked potato with shredded cheese. Well within my calorie budget. Yesterday, I was way out of budget with a treat from A&W.

I've heard of Texas Roadhouse but never been. Not even sure where it is around here. Haven't seen one in NYC. What bird is it in your picture?
