What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I'm trying a new recipe from the Skinnytaste web site. It is for loaded baked potato soup. I like the idea of this soup because it uses some cauliflower in place of the potatoes which thickens the soup with fewer carbs. I already have all of the ingredients and it looks easy enough to make. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!
This healthy loaded baked potato soup recipe is comforting, delicious, and so easy to make!

I have never eaten hot dogs with rice that I can recall, but it sounds good. It may be soon I cannot make that statement again. Although, I'd probably prefer kielbasa. That I HAVE had with rice, and many times.

Stir fried chicken lomein, which we'll still be eating for lunch tomorrow since we have leftovers. That sounds good, and healthy too. I might have to check their website as I am trying to cut down on carbs.

I checked out the recipe and that looks and sounds DELICIOUS. I'd probably add some ground sausage or something to it, just to beef it up a bit since I prefer a hearty soup. But, that might be a saver recipe for me.
