Do you think Donald Trump is actually going mad? Do you think he is really writing these things on "Truth Social"?

I enjoy YouTube posts from David Pakman, or Pokemon, or whatever his name is. He is bright and to the point. In the post I'll link, he asks whether Donald Trump is actually writing the posts that are appearing on Truth Social. Those posts contain absolutely nothing about policy, and are rife with grammatical and spelling errors. I agree with Pokemon that Trump is writing them himself. If he were not, he would be LIVID with a ghost author who made him look like an idiot. Or at least I'd think he would be. I'll link Pokemon's YouTube post and let you decide for yourself. Is Trump really writing these things? Has he finally simply "lost it"?

I think he is writing them. Even when he speaks, it is a word salad where he contradicts himself in the same sentence .Yeah boy. sign me up to vote for him as the leader of the free world..

Once, a few years ago, I answered a survey in which they had some of Trump sentences and I was to say if they were spelled correctly or if the grammar was good. I was very happy to be paid after I, a person had does not have English as its first language, won. Those maybe 50 cents were worth thousands

@TheHorse Trump´s grammar and spelling was very basic. I did not know how he went through school.

Don't English speakers read his stuff and go "What's wrong with this guy?"?

I believe Trump is writing those posts himself, and I think he "lost it" a long time ago.

How long ago? I think he will forever rue the day he decided to run for president as a publicity stunt.

@TheHorse I think he lost it sometime back before 2012 when Obama began his campaign. Trump's virulent strain of racism, taught to him by his parents, couldn't handle the idea and completed the poisoning of his mind that probably began when he was a child.

@DWDavis I think you said you hadn't read his niece's book. I do recommend it if you have the time. He was rich but ignored as a child. And I think he had severe dyslexia. I don't see the dyslexia hypothesis discussed that often. I think it led to a sense of inferiority among his well-heeled peers that he has been compensating for ever since.

@TheHorse Hard to prove that it's "legal insanity" and not clinical.

@LadyDuck Legal insanity has to do with "knowing the difference between right and wrong" when the act was committed. At least that's how I understand it.

With all these indictments and legal problems, trump is going to face burnout running for president. And if he wins and winds up in jail, read he could run the white house from jail

If I was in his position, facing the charges that he does, with the evidence against him, but with his money and connections - I would have started running months ago. I would have dropped out of sight, got some plastic surgery done on my face, got a fake passport and slipped out of the country with a couple of suitcases full of money, to spend my retirement somewhere where there's no extradition treaty with America. The fact that he hasn't, and continues to act so arrogantly, points to some kind of psychological disorder, I think. I used to think he was just a fairly standard crooked businessman who decided to try his luck in the politics racket. But at some point, I think the power and status went to his head.
