Thursday Morning Brief

I think no one will make their usual payout, but we are here to chat and have fun after all.

I will be making several dollars less this month than I did last month.

Sounds like you have a good day planned. When I go somewhere treats abound...I try to have gum in my mouth...good thing to have to keep from popping things in my mouth just because they are there.

I’m aiming for a relaxing day too.

Nobody is making as much as we were... but the money isn't the thing for myLot. I'm still enjoying visiting with people, so that kind of "payout" is still going very well. I've even got somebody who is pretending to stalk me here. I'm glad you're enjoying your day.

I know, doesn't time fly? I'll be getting about $7 from MyLot next month. It took me ages to accumulate that amount. I hope your day is successful in whatever you do.

My day will be about as usual. I wonder why they dropped our small Mylot payment too almost nothing. Does anyone know? I’ve seen no information.

Thursday is day old baked goods day here, and today was jam-packed full of bread. It's funny. Look at how much bread fed the masses Biblically. Now, think about America. Americans love their sugar and many can't fathom a meal without bread. Yet, when faced with the option of day old rye bread, Asiago and cheese bagels, apple turnovers, French crullers, etc., they'll decline. Yet, none of it is bad, and much can be frozen for future use. We had so much come today that I took four loaves and am going to grab more tonight since at least that many has been thrown out recently.

I cannot remember how Thursday was but today is ok so far. I found out that they do not have new plastics for my scooter so when I go I have to leave my scooter and the the person that fixed my plastic will make it according to the scooter is what I understand and not sure how much that will cost or how long it will take. We have our Jewish holidays starting next Friday and will be Friday night, Saturday and Sunday and then we will have our day of Atonement and a fast day after the two days and night of our Jewish New Year and last our holiday of Sukkot and someone will put my succa up for me on the 19th and then have to decorate it and be ready for the holiday. I love that holiday and feel a part of it for sure because I have a succa. I hope it will fit on this porch we have. By the way I noticed you have a new profile picture. It is very nice.

I have not yet received “payout” for rarely attending. Sometimes I feel not confident because my English is not good

I'm not making payout this month either. It just seems like it's been exceptionally slow lately. Enjoy your Thursday and Canasta. I saw this yesterday regarding the Farmers Almanac. They are saying we're going to have a cold winter with lots of snow. I figure you'd be happy to hear that news. Me (not so much ) Should be interesting to see if they're right
