Sandwiches are the quickest to make when one is hungry There is a variety when it comes to sandwiches When one is hungry one looks into the fridge and picks whatever there is and in minutes a sandwich is ready. I had some boiled beetroot. I cut an onion and got some onion rings, chopped green chilies, squeezed some lime and sliced the boiled egg. Yummy sandwich was ready Anything goes when one is hungry. Right? What did you find in your fridge?

Pretty thawed a package of turkey bacon and asked me to cook some to make sandwiches with for our lunch today. When she wakes up, I'll go in and cook the bacon.

That is not a combination I have heard of before for a sandwich. My fridge has carrots and fish primarily. There is no bread in my apartment though, as I rarely buy any. I just don’t eat enough of it, and then it ends up being wasted.

Beetroot is a strong no no for me, I don't like it at all. Other than that your ingredients are all good to me.

I love peanut butter and jelly, grilled cheese or a tuna sandwich. Sometimes when I buy bacon I will make a BLT sandwich.

I have a completely empty freezer right now. In eight days I will be able to order my groceries when my SS arrives. So I still have bread to make toast, oatmeal, and rice,

@allknowing I have a rice maker and I boil the rice in it with some chicken bouillon and if I have a can of instant cream soup I make gravy and eat it like that , Rice and gravy. When I have more products at home I fry up the rice with diced tomatoes and other thing but right now all products are way low,

Vince has a banana sandwich most days for his lunch. As you say, just about anything goes in a sandwich.
