Signs of Colorful Autumn

Here we are in September and autumn is not far away. We can still hope for a cooler and delightful Indian summer to blow our way. As I wait for the hot days to dwindle to a few I think of the many colorful autumns I have seen and miss them a lot. Here in Florida I rarely see the changes of the season but I can remember and dream. Here is an autumn poem for you. Colorful Autumn The sadness of passing summer, dwindles with the colors of autumn. Though summer flowers, have wilted and faded away, autumn flowers are springing in bloom. Their colors in oranges and bright yellows, bringing smiles and delight, even as the cold winds blow and autumn leaves go dancing by.

@RasmaSandra Yes, there are not many colors of fall there, I know. That's one of the reasons I like living where there is 4 seasons.
