In the countryside in India, ladies finger is cultivated in bulk. A lovely cover or macha is created to prevent excess sunlight. Ladies finger plantations cannot accept too much heat. It is good vegetable and India exports the vegetable also.

@cacay1 It's just Okra. Our farmers just grow them in ordinary soil without much frills.
