Photographing a sunset

Last night I saw a beautiful sunset outside, so I went out to photograph it.
The tablet I was using always makes the colours look lighter than they actually are, so I couldn't get the colours to look right. But when I get the photos printed at the shop down town, they always make the colours darker, so maybe it'll be alright.
As I was trying to take the photographs, I heard something howling! I decided to make a video to show the sunset and the howling. I watched the video back afterwards, and you could really hear the howling.
I went into the dining room later to do some reading without being interrupted. I could still hear the howling through the patio door which was slightly open.
A rather large moth came in, and I managed to catch it with pot and card, and showed it to my Mum, saying, this is what you call a moth! (She'd tired to catch one the day before which was a lot smaller, but ended up just wafting it out the door which it had landed on, as our back door swings outwards.) I then took the moth outside and let it go.
How are you all today? I hope you are well.
What are you getting up to?
Have a nice day.
Udate:- the howling noises were probably the foxes.

@Dreamerby We need some rain, but when it comes we will soon get enough of it, I am sure.

@Dreamerby Lucky you! I wish it would rain here and maybe cool it down! This heat is making me lethargic too! I don't feel like cooking any lunch, so I'll probably just have an apple and a packet of crisps!

I didn't say I was a good photographer!
Thank you very much.
I'm glad you are doing good.
I've just now had a cup of tea, too. Mine was chamomile.
After I've finished the laundry, the woollens are on now, and after that it's just the towels to go, I'll be able to relax for a bit too. Not for long though, because then I'll have to start getting my dinner on.
Thank you very much. You have a good day too.

@writerjo Thank you very much.
No, I was just using my tablet. Didn't I say that in my post?
Thank you very much.
I will relax when I've done the laundry.
Tonight I am having Risi i Bisi. It's like a risotto. I use onions, peas, brown rice, bit of sea salt and water and soy milk.

Good morning and thank you very much. It was rather a large moth, and it was quite pretty.
I don't get up early. Most days I get up at 9:00am, or 8:00am if I'm going out somewhere, or 10:00am on a Saturday. And I usually go to bed at 10:00pm.
Have a nice day.

@Dreamerby I see.
I think I long for rainy season! You would never have heard me say it, but this heat is just too much! I used to be nesh, but I think that must have been part of the underactive thyroid 'cos now I'm on the pills I'm the exact opposite!

I don't like spiders and I don't like them in the house! If I see one I usually get my Mum to catch it!
It was a very beautiful moth. I had a look at its markings before I caught it and put it outside.

I am OK. No real plans for today. I didn't know that foxes howled. You have a nice day as well!

@LindaOHio My pleasure. Yes, I found it very interesting. Foxes make all sorts of different noises for different reasons.

Thank you very much. Yes, I'm surprised I managed it. The first time I tried it got away from me, but luckily it landed back on the blind, and I just managed to get the card behind it and the pot infront of it, and to my surprise I caught it!
Oh, it was the most beautiful sound!

@sharonelton I would often catch spiders on the floor like that. Pop a cup or glass over them then slide a piece of paper under them.

@JudyEv Yes. I caught a wasp like that too once! My Mum was out and I was very scared! But fortunately it was on the floor so I managed to drop a pot over him and I left him there for my Mum to deal with when she got home! It was ages ago.
