I have a clinic appointment today. I am not looking forward to that. I would love to cancel. However, I guess I better stay with the program. The sad thing is it is really going to be too hot to do any shopping or anything I like to do in the city. It is probably just going to be down and back. What do you have planned for today?

I just don't feel like dealing with the whole thing, Nothing good is going to go on. Hopefully, I have lost a pound or two...other than that...nothing good.

Ugh I know the feeling Snowy..hope it goes well.
No plans, had to sanitize and clean the laundry room here in the complex yet again..took me around 40 minutes before I could do wash and dry my clothes..
I went to the office about it..but they wont do anything.
The hips are hurting today too so no more today for me.

I have nothing planned for today. It's too hot to go anywhere or be outside.

Yeah, actually I did go to Kroger...as I didn't have to detour to get there. I was happy to see they are still selling clothes in that store. The last time I was there I didn't see them. They were on the expensive side though...48 bucks for a quilted flannel shirt..seemed high to me. They even have shoes.
