Anyone know what all shows up on a background check?
I'm trying to get a new job, and they will be doing one.
I only listed 1 job on my application, I have had other jobs, but didn't stay at them long so I didn't want that to look bad on my application.
Will they beable to look and see that I have had more than 1 job?

I have been wondering about that lately too. I am going to be looking for a job here soon too, and I don't want to put down one of the places that I used to work. That is really the only thing that I am worried about. I got fired from a job, and no new employer wants someone who has been fired, right? Anyway, good question, and good luck on getting an answer.

A background check would show criminal activities. Previous arrests or maybe speeding tickets. And maybe past addresses. It will not show past jobs. Your credit report sometimes show past jobs where you have worked. I am not sure where you live, but there are websites where you could get a free credit report or a criminal report for a minimal fee if you wanted to know what it said. If you send me a message and let me know what state, I might could send you a link to that states criminal background website. Good luck with the job.
