An accident that can be avoided

Yesterday a accident shocked everyone,A schoolgirl was crushed by a ongoing trailer.The girl while returning from school by cycle fell into a pothole and could not balance herself.She was crushed by a ongoing trailor.
The accident is very shocking.We all left stunned.It could have easily been avoided had there was not much negligence in road making,proper material being used or at least proper prior maintenance being done.

I am in agreement with you that the accident where a schoolgirl was crushed by a trailer could have been prevented had the roads been properly taken care of.

What this boils down to, in any country, is money. While a pothole is an easy fix, it's often not cost effective to fix, until it becomes a sink hole. This is a sad reality, and why avoidance of such obstacles is the more common practice.
