15 September - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's been a good day today. I'm sorry I forgot the health report. I'll have it tomorrow. It looks like we could get rain. The weatherman said there was a possibility. I have much to be thankful for today. I'm thankful I got up at 3 a.m. I thought about going back to sleep, but I was awake. I got everything I needed to get done and finished before the exercise class this morning. I'm thankful for the exercise class. I got eight miles on the bike this morning while they worked out to the longer tape. I'm thankful I finished the notifications before the exercise class. It's always fun to see what you're doing in your world. I'm thankful for the work I did on Ecstasy today. I started over editing it. It's reading well, which makes me happy. I had made corrections before while working on it. It's flowing well. I'm thankful for the doctor's appointment I had at noon today. He listened and wrote a couple of things down as we talked. What impressed me was that I had his undivided attention. I told him about the things I dealt with, with my previous doctor. He understood. To describe him, think of Pee Wee Herman. Bow tie. He's as thin but much better looking and young. Yes, I got personal. After talking about myself, I asked him about him. He is younger than my youngest son and a couple of years older than my oldest grandson. He's personable. I was so happy with him; I'm still hyped that I had the guts to change doctors.
