before i had shoulder impingement problem on right shoulder. like two years ago. i had undergone physical therapy for it. it did improve somehow at first. i continued at home the exercise for my shoulder to strengthen my muscles on the shoulder. it took like 2 years to feel my shoulder to be almost normal again. i followed also some exercise on YouTube. after a year, i have the normal range of motion on my shoulder. i can raise and move my right arm without pain. there's just still little problem on my shoulder posture. still need to continue to the exercise to hopefully correct it.
now, new problem with my legs. i noticed my legs isn't normal when I walk. I'm not comfortable with my walk. i noticed a knock knee. my muscles on that leg feels so stiff. i have watched YouTube videos on how to get a relief and correct the leg abnormal position when walking. but i guess this will be gradual recovery with daily exercise or therapy needed. I'll just do it myself at home. hopefully I'll see improvement after a week òf exercise. the total recovery might take few months

yes thankfully, my shoulder is totally fine now i think i had this problem with knee because of lot of sitting. being sedentary. watching tv and using phone a lot. causing my muscles not to develop well on my hips which can cause this. also having flat foot on my right foot also can be the cause. I'm addressing the root cause by developing strong muscles in my legs and hopefully my flat foot was no't the cause.

but i would say it takes more effort to do the exercise for my legs. it involves three whole body. whereas for the shoulder exercise, it just involves mostly moving my arms and stretching my arms and also using resistance bands on the hands. it feels like warm up exercise mostly
but with the legs, i can feel how heavy my body is when I do the exercise as I have gained weight. it's like doing planking actually. so I need more determination though to do it daily.

yes it developed over two years gradually. now it is very obvious. so I'm taking action but I need to buy elastic band to do that exercise to correct that. i think it's like $10 -$20. depends on thickness and length. i need a thick one to get more resistance on the band to make it more effective

yes I'm hoping. it developed in period of two years before i noticed it lately more. my initial goal is to make it less noticeable while doing exercise daily. trying to find a way to walk in a way it's not too obvious. while trying to recover from it totally. i think it'll be a slow recovery but i don't mind. maybe six months I'll be totally recovered if we exercised daily

About 4 years ago, I started having shoulder pain in the left shoulder and movement was greatly impaired. After a visit to an orthopedic doctor, they said I had a torn rotator cuff and sent me to a physical therapist before scheduling surgery. The physical therapist did not believe it was a torn rotator cuff. He believed it to be frozen shoulder from where I had been apprehensive of movement because of pain. He believed the pain stemmed from inflammation caused by diabetes and possible arthritus. So he started therapy based on those facts. Within 2 months, I was pain free and had full motion. Then about a year later, the right shoulder had the same problem. I am about to start therapy again. I have no faith in doctors. After the covid debacle and lies and then the misdiagnosis of my shoulder. I don't trust them anymore. Lately, I have found out that there are side affects to the diabetic meds and insulin the doctors prescribed. So I am determined to find a natural solution and try to reverse the diabetes. If I can do that, I believe it will end this new shoulder issue.
I really hope you find a solution and your exercises work. Exercise is healing.

thankfully, i got diagnosed right. the exercises they taught was helpful. the doctor referred me to the clinic for therapy. but before that, i was asked to get xrayed which showed nothing torn and nothing wrong with the bones. only needed exercises for it to relieve the pain.
i have watched that a diet for diabetes is like you start with vegetables for high fiber like leafy vegetables, then you follow it with meat , chicken or fish, then you can follow it with carbohydrates like rice or bread. in that order according to a diabetic who was advised by his doctor. and now his blood sigar is normal with no medicines. the reason is fiber controls the spike of sugar in the blood. then meat signals insulin to be released. and carbs have sugar. by the time you eat the rice, the fiber in your stomach is ready to control the sugar that the rice will produce
sadly vegetables here are very, very expensive now here. i can't buy them often. if only they were affordable like before, I could have followed the same diet.
