Monday Morning Brief and Weekend Update

Good morning from a cool, overcast day. The temperature today should reach 66 F. No rain is expected. Yesterday was interesting. We had football Sunday at church. I wore my cheese head and other Packers' apparel. They had food trucks and games after church. I didn't stay. I needed to get a birthday present delivered to my son's girlfriend before the game. I had it on in the car. She liked her gift, a stuffed Pikachu. She was expecting a rock, but she liked what I gave her. Now for the game. The Packers played the Falcons. It was a good game even if the Pack lost by one point - 25-24. After the game, I watched my shows. I'm glad Virgin River is back on Netflix. Today is going well. I've been up since 2:30 a.m. I had an exercise class this morning. The rest of the day will be notifications and a book or two. I'll also take my steps, adding to the six miles I got on the bike this morning. Okay, that's what's cooking around here. And speaking of cooking, I started a lentil soup for lunch or dinner today, or both. I made a lot. So, I will have it for a few meals. How's your day going? Thanks for reading.
