How Long Have You Been Here?

I was looking at my profile the other day and realized I passed the 5-year Anniversary date here on 9-13-2023. The first account was a few years before that. I signed up and only stayed a few days. Lately I have not been here due to my sick cat, Brendel. She is taking up most of my time. She is doing about the same, for those who have asked. Still a day at a time with her. I need a break from time to time and thought I would say hello to my friends here. I can feel fall in the air finally. 50 degree mornings are the perfect weather. What about you, do you enjoy the cooler weather or perhaps the warmer weather is your favorite? Every year I always look forward to the fall of the year. The leaves are just starting to turn yellow and orange. I hope you are finding things to enjoy in your lives. Take care and I will catch up as soon as time allows.

I had to go back to my first post to see my date. Brendel is the same. Eating her baby food. Sleeping a lot. Does not seem uncomfortable.

Looks like I've been here for 14 years!! I was here before B and after B. Breaks are good and I'm glad you are spending time with us today. Please give Brendel a big hug for me! It does actually feel like fall now . . . it has cooled down considerably to 70/80s now. I am crazy and like it hot - but this weather is just right.

I joined the 15th of August 2015, a little more than 8 years ago. You joined two years before I did. Autumn is in the air, the morning are cool and I enjoy the cooler weather.

I have been here since April 2016. I like cooler weather like in the fall and spring since extreme heat and extreme cold weather is too much for me to handle.

I believe I first joined this site in 2008. There were alot more people on here then. I was on a year or two, left the site, and came back about 4 or 5 years ago.

I joined Mylot 8 years ago. I am happy Brendel is holding her own. Continued prayers

If the humidity would go away it would be perfect. Today we were in the upper 70's and sunshine after a day of rain yesterday. The colors are beginning to change here too. I love the autumn.

I have been here about 3 years. I do have to say I am hit and miss here, as I have family obligations. I was going to ask about Brendel, but I read above in your post that she is about the same, which is good as long as she isn't in pain, and I know you have said that she isn't. I know every day is precious with her. We are starting to have cool nights which is nice. I love the 70-ish days as well. Take good care.

@CarolDM I had to crash for a little while this morning before appointments. I was just too tired. Up all night happens often here, not in the plan but sometimes, it is just that way. Makes for a long day.

I have been here 16 years. Yes, I love the cool weather, and it is so much better than the heat. I know you are so dedicated to Brendel. We always love seeing you here as you are a breath of fresh air, but we understand that you will drop by when you can.

That's pretty cold. I'd much prefer 60s in the morning and 80s in the afternoons but I'll have to take whatever mother nature provides

It heats up during the day, in the low 80s. The lower humidity feels great.
