“Sunshine Superman” is an absolutely delightful song by Scottish singer and songwriter Donovan. I love the catchy tune and even the lyrics and it would always bring a smile to my face when I heard it on the radio. One line from the lyrics would always remind me of the promises guys would make that never came true through my teenage years but this is the way they would boast to do their best.
I'll pick up your hand and slowly blow your little mind
And sometimes they would blow my mind but not in a good way. So anytime I hear this song now it always makes me chuckle and brings fun memories.
